Welcome!
I'm Roni Ben-Nun, a college professor and
freelance web designer and photographer.
Currently, I serve as the chairperson of the
Art & Music Department and chairperson of
the College Senate at Bronx Community College
of the City University of New York (CUNY), where
I have been teaching art and design since 2003.
I hold a MFA in Digital Media and a BFA in Electronic Design & Multimedia.
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lived most of my younger years in Eilat, Israel. I have been an artist all my life, drawing and sketching as a child and later working as a cartoonist, set designer, draftsman, graphic designer and photographer. I attended the architecture school of the university of Florence in Italy, traveled extensively throughout Europe, and came to the US to complete my studies in the late 1990's. I now live in Pearl River, NY with my wife (who is an art professor and illustrator), daughter, and our six cats.
My photography developed over time from an amateur hobby to a dedicated artistic endeavor. I enjoy looking at the world around me through the lens of my camera and documenting the natural world, whether in my garden or around the world.

Worked with AutoCAD, digitizing designs and developing blueprints for projects, which included a new high school, single-family neighborhoods, a municipal park, and a new approach into the city.
Helped with concept and design of elements such as gates, pergolas etc.
